ATPGROUP HOLDINGS (“we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we process personal information collected through atpgroup.co.za, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about.
- To keep a record of our communication with you.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to ATPGROUP HOLDINGS. It is shared only with the staff or division that needs it to respond, and with our service providers (such as our web and email host) who process it on our behalf.
Videos and third parties
Videos on this site are hosted by YouTube. They load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. After that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
